Spring is finally here, bringing with it longer days, blooming flowers, and the call of the outdoors. To celebrate, we’re excited to announce a Spring Prize Draw, offering the chance for one lucky winner and their guest to embark on a delightful afternoon tea cruise along the scenic Lancashire canals.
Hop aboard a charming narrowboat named Alfie Bhoy and embark on a leisurely afternoon tea cruise with beautiful views. Drifting through the Lancashire waterways take in the views of the picturesque local towns and villages. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink (selected from a choice of alcoholic or soft drinks), before sitting down in the comfortable surroundings of the centrally heated narrow boat.
Tuck into a mouth-watering array of finger sandwiches, scones topped with an indulgent serving of fruit jam and clotted cream and a scrumptious assortment of cakes. Wash it all down with unlimited self serve tea and coffee throughout the cruise. Divine!
This 90-minute cruise is an opportunity to reconnect with nature, unwind with a loved one, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
- Guests of any ages are welcome. Unfortunately, there isn’t disabled access on the boat.

Terms & Conditions
- Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
- The closing date for the prize draw is 23:59 on 28/03/24. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
- By entering this prize draw so you will be in for the chance to win one of two afternoon tea for two experiences on the Lancashire Canal Cruise (one allocated to Alcedo Care Southport and one allocated to Alcedo Care Ormskirk)
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- In the case of this prize not being available, we reserve the right to replace it with something of similar nature.
- The draw will be performed by a random computer process.
- The two winners will be notified by 29/03/2024.
- Please note we will only be able to deliver the prize in the UK.
- If a winner does not respond to Alcedo Care within 7 days of being notified by Alcedo Care, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Alcedo Care shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).
